Reason:
After the tape was positioned with the BSAM CNTRL macro, it was determined that the archive control record did not begin the first physical block that the archived data set was supposed to occupy. This condition may be the result of a tape unit positioning error, or because another data set with the same name was created on the tape. If a tape drive failure is suspected, the restore run should be resubmitted.
