Reason:
CADisk cannot allocate data set (ddd) because the DASD pool name (ccc) was not defined to CADisk. The DASD pool name (ccc) was passed to CADisk through a command parameter or through PARMLIB member DASDPOOL.
If the DASD pool name is blank, CADisk tried to allocate, but was unable to find, a default DASD pool specified in PARMLIB member DASDPOOL. In this situation, CADisk tried to allocate to the default DASD pool because all other eligible volumes were disqualified (that is, not enough space on the volume).
