Symptom:
A multiwrite DSA has received a notification to shut down. If the DSA receives an update request during its shutdown process, the DSA cannot replicate those updates.
To ensure that no updates are received during the shutdown process, the DSA discards non-peer connections, including connections to applications and routers.
This situation is fairly rare, and occurs because the network connections are repeatedly breaking and reforming.
Solution:
If this message keeps occurring, investigate the network connections.
