Symptom::
The DSA acting as the hub for a multiwrite group has been removed from the group. No other DSA in the group is capable of taking over as the multiwrite group hub.
This can occur only when a single DSA services a multiwrite group.
Solution::
Ensure that the DSA no longer requires replicated updates.
