Loading Horizontally Partitioned Data

Moving to a horizontally partitioned namespace or recovering from a backup requires you to load data from the LDIF.

To help you migrate existing data into a set of horizontally partitioned DSAs, use the DXloaddb tool to load a subset of data from a single LDIF (containing all data) into each DSA servicing the horizontally partitioned namespace. For each DSA, DXloaddb loads only the entries that match the partitioning criteria.
