Request a Product Enhancement

The DevTest user community lets you request a product enhancement. Use the user community for enhancement requests rather than creating a support case.

To inquire about the status of an existing enhancement request, contact your Account Team.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the DevTest Application Delivery Global User Community.

    Note: If you are not a registered user, click Register Now.

    The Welcome page for the community opens.

  2. Click Ideas on the menu bar at the top of the page.

    The Ideas page opens.

  3. Click Post Idea.

    The Ideas Template opens.

  4. Enter a title and description for your enhancement request.

    Make the title as descriptive as possible. Provide as much information as you can in the description to explain the enhancement and why it is important.

  5. Click Categorization to expand this section.
  6. Click Select under Product and select an existing product for your enhancement.
  7. Click the red X to close the product selection window.
  8. Enter a tag to use as a keyword search.
  9. To associate another item to this request, click Related Assets to expand this section.
    1. Click Select and click the type of item you want to associate.
    2. Select the item that you want to associate.
    3. Click the red X to close the selection window.
  10. To request this enhancement anonymously, select the Post Anonymously check box.
  11. Click Post Idea.
