Microsoft Excel is an application for creating spreadsheets.

Settings Description
The MSExcel script migrates the following:
- The General option migrates all the basic settings of MSExcel.
- The Certificates option migrates the system certificates.
Migration Paths
The migration paths are as follows:
- From 2007 to 2007
- From 2007 to 2010
- From 2007 to 2013
- From 2010 to 2010
- From 2010 to 2013
- From 2013 to 2013
Notes
- For Custom Dictionaries, if the destination has more number of dictionaries than the source, the additional dictionaries at the destination will be retained after migration.
- Only those certificates and their settings are migrated through the script that can be manually exported and imported.
Limitations
The following settings cannot be migrated:
- Add-ins migration is not supported.
- Undo of Toolbar customization from default settings to custom settings migration cannot be supported from 2007 to 2007.
- The setting under the path File, Excel options, Advanced, General, Service options, Customer feedback options, No, I don't wish to participate (if selected on the source) may not be migrated from 2007 to 2007 if Excel is not run even once on the destination.
- The setting under the path File, Excel options, Trust center, Trust center settings, Privacy options, Sign up for the customer experience improvement program (if unchecked) cannot be migrated from 2007 to 2007.
