DMM Explorer

DMM Explorer lets you open and examine the contents of a DNA file. With this utility, you can explore the contents of a DNA file in the familiar Windows Explorer format. You can also select folders, files, registry settings, INI settings, or environment variables from the DNA file and apply them to a system from DMM Explorer.

The contents of a DNA file include:

Files and registry items that any desktop, application or application settings migrated
Any files and folders migrated
Any set of files and folders resulting from a filter
Environment variables
INI settings

You can view the results in two ways by a directory structure (files/folders view) or by a registry view.

You can also view summary information about the DNA file.

Note: You cannot view application settings contained in files other than the registry or initialization (.ini) files in DMM Explorer. These settings are migrated by delivering the files containing the settings to the destination system.
