Defining and Using a Distribution List

This list summarizes the steps needed to define a distribution list. From the Primary Selection Menu panel:

• Step 1: Define a Distribution List
• Step 2: Define a Job
• Step 3: Identify the Reports for the Job
• Step 4: Specify Report Definition Attributes
• Step 5: Change a Distribution List

Note: Any lowercase characters you enter on the panel are automatically converted to uppercase.
