Description

This SQL Mode Guided Query panel helps you select columns for use in defining an expression for your query. Completion of the Define Expression: Select Columns panel is not required for each Result named. Use it only if your arithmetic expression will include data found during query execution in a column. With it, you tell CA Dataquery which columns you will use in an arithmetic expression to create the results you want. You can use up to ten columns. You will also be allowed to include literal values in your calculation.

Action

Select a column from the list of numeric columns for the tables you selected that you want to be used in defining an arithmetic expression by placing a character in the select column next to the column names. Press Enter or <PF4> CONTINUE to go to the next panel.
