CA Dataquery provides mathematical functions which help to simplify certain arithmetic problems. Two basic types of functions exist, standard and user-defined. Both types work with column values at the row level and not with a mixture of column values and column totals. See CA Dataquery end-user documentation for more information. Queries should include numeric columns and not have a great disparity in the data values that add up to the total amount.
