Reason:

The dsname dataset is in use by another MUF (DBMUFPR) or a DBUTLTY function and cannot be used by the job that issued this message. The DD name under which the dataset is allocated to the job that issued the message is ddname.

Action:

Determine what job uses the dataset. Then decide if you need to wait for the completion of the job or can terminate it to make the dataset available.
