Reason:
A table in a database was too large to fit in the FXX, as currently formatted. In the message text, the dbid (database ID) and table fields identify the name of the table and the database where the error occurred.
Only one DB00318C message is allowed per database and table.
Action:
Initialize the FXX with a larger block size when the next MUF is cleanly set to EOJ. A larger block size allows a log record that is related to a forced active request, to be placed in the FXX.
