Reason:
Either the current module could not be found or the new module could not be loaded. The most likely condition is that a MUF has not executed since the last IPL, in which case no control blocks have been created.
Action:
If the control blocks are present, execute the DBUTLTY function REPORT MEMORY=MVS,DUMPS=FULL and contact CA Support.
