Reason:
Datadictionary Service Facility is unable to load the DDSRTLM module. The most likely cause is that the module is not present in the library concatenation of the JCL.
Action:
Check for the DDSRTLM module in your library concatenation. If the module is present, collect all documentation and contact CA Support. For information about contacting CA Support, see Troubleshooting.
