Reason:
Due to an internal error, Datadictionary Service Facility is unable to locate one of its session control blocks and cannot continue.
Action:
Cause internal control blocks to be rebuilt by restarting the session (signing off and on CICS). If the error persists, collect all documentation and contact CA Support. For information about contacting CA Support, see Troubleshooting.
