Reason:
An error was detected when you tried to open the print file by executing one of the Datadictionary batch utilities.
Action:
Check your print file and make sure that it is correctly defined in your job control statements and that the load library member DDVPEFT has been correctly created by assembling the ROSFD macros and is available to the DDBTGLM utility.
