Reason:
During the processing of a DSF command, the Datadictionary System Resource Table (DDSRTLM) could not be located.
Action:
Check to see if the DDSRTLM load module is in the libraries being accessed. If it is not there, add it. If it is there, collect all documentation and contact CA Support.
