Reason:

A FIELD entity-occurrence redefines a FIELD entity-occurrence that is a nullable FIELD entity-occurrence or has a nullable FIELD entity-occurrence as a subordinate FIELD entity-occurrence.

Action:

Either change the REDEFINES intent of the redefining FIELD entity-occurrence or change the null indicator of the nullable FIELD entity-occurrence.
