In DSF processing: The database ID in the User Request Area is not valid for CA Datacom/DB.
In SQL processing: Internal error in interface program.

Action:

Perform the following:

In DSF processing: Correct the database ID and resubmit.
In SQL processing: Collect documentation (print error screen, run PXX report) and contact CA Support.
