Reason:
The User Requirements Table (URT) specified in the System Resource Table (SRT) cannot be found in the load library.
Action:
Either change the name of the URT in the System Resource Table or assemble a User Requirements Table with the same name as that in the SRT. The default name is DDURTBL.
