Reason:
An error resulted in the premature termination of the program. The program was attempting to roll back the changes made in both DSF and SQL. Because commits are occasionally needed during the execution of the program, only partial rollback might be possible.
Action:
Verify the state of the affected structures and restore from backup as needed.
