Reason:
A non-compound FIELD entity-occurrence has a child defined. During the verification process of a FIELD entity-occurrence maintenance request, a simple FIELD entity-occurrence was found to be named as the parent of another FIELD entity-occurrence.
Action:
Run a Field Report for the record or table to determine the simple FIELD entity-occurrences that have children, and either remove the children or change the type.
