Reason:
This error may be encountered when you are running DDCFBLD while issuing an -HSD RESET transaction or issuing a BUILD transaction for DATA-DICT. It may also be encountered when you are building an internal record defining a CA Datacom Datadictionary attribute definition.
Action:
Reassemble the System Resource Table after increasing the MAXFLDS= parameter.
