Reason:
The maximum number of allowed users are currently active. No additional users can sign on until a user signs off.
Action:
Consult your CA Datacom Datadictionary Administrator to allow for more concurrent users by changing the MAXUSERS specification. Remember that as MAXUSERS increases, so do system resource requirements.
