Reason:
During the processing of a COPY function to PRODuction status, CA Datacom Datadictionary detected that the parent entity-occurrence for the substructure being copied does not exist in PRODuction status. For example, when this error is detected while copying a file substructure, issue the COPY function for the AREA substructure instead.
Action:
Perform the COPY function at a higher level in the structure.
