Reason:
The Preprocessor found a prior PLANNAME option value.
Action:
Remove the unwanted specification if the PLANNAME is not duplicated. If a duplicate, then this message can be ignored. The Preprocessor uses the most recent value prior to inserting the plan which occurs during binding the first statement.
