Reason:
The backup that is being used to load the Directory (CXX) is not valid. One cause for this error is if you are trying to load a CA Datacom/AD CXX with a regular CA Datacom/DB Multi-User Facility (MUF) backup.
Action:
Verify whether the CXX you are attempting to use is valid. If you were trying to load a CA Datacom/AD CXX, see CA Datacom/AD documentation for how to do the load properly.
