Reason:
This is an informational message indicating the DBUTLTY REORG function that includes the load has completed one of the data load sub-tasks. This message repeats for each subtask, as provided by the INNUM= parameter. The x in the message is replaced by the task number (they are running independently and may therefore complete in any order). The CPU fields are the time of the specific sub-task. The RECORDS field reflects the number of records that this particular subtask loaded. Each subtask loads the records provided by its particular input file.
