Reason:
When attempting to service the identified CA Datacom/DB request against the PRM table in the Accounting Facility database, CA Datacom/DB encountered an error associated with the identified return code. The return code replaces rr and any associated internal code replaces iii in the message text. The DBID of the database replaces nnnn and the DBUTLTY function name replaces (function).
