Reason:
An attempt is being made to use either the DBUTLTY RECBASE or RECJOB function before a RECOVERY that has the MULTUSE=YES option specified.
Action:
When using MULTUSE=YES, the area to be processed must be specified on the RECOVERY statement itself using the DBID= and AREA= parameters.
