Reason:
This message occurs when a MUFplex MUF is either in the process of enabling or ending once the EOJ is committed, and another MUFplex MUF fails. At other times this MUF performs necessary cleanup for the failed MUF to prevent a full restart on the next execution. During the start or end of a MUF, all data sets are not open or prepared for the required cleanup. In the message text, the 'S/B' indicates that the failed MUF was running in either a MUFPLEX mode S or MUFPLEX mode B.
Action:
Because this MUF terminates, new jobs should be submitted as necessary, based upon the goals of the user as to which MUF(s) are needed.
