Reason:
The Remote Resource Manager (RRM) received a prepare or rollback request from RRS. It cannot add a row for this request to the WXX (RRM log), however, because no space exists in the WXX.
Action:
Either determine why so much space is being used in the WXX, or increase the size of the WXX.
