Reason:
A two-phase commit was received by the Remote Resource Manager (RRM) for a Multi-User Facility in an XCF group that RRM had not yet joined. When RRM attempted to join the group, it failed.
Action:
Look up the FDBK code, shown as nnnn in the message text, in the information about the IXCJOIN macro in the IBM documentation that references Sysplex Services.
