Reason:
The DBSIDPR that the Remote Resource Manager (RRM) is attempting to use is already in use.
Action:
Check your JCL to make certain the correct DBSIDPR is specified. If it is, you can run a DBUTLTY REPORT MEMORY=MVS to determine who is using the SID.
