Reason:
You are using a feature which is not supported in the CA Datacom SVC you are running. A newer version of the CA Datacom SVC supports this feature. In the message text, the nn after INSTALLED refers to the installed maintenance level. In the message text, the nn after REQUIRED refers to the required maintenance level.
Action:
Install a current version of the CA Datacom SVC.
