Reason:
An operating system error occurred while CA Datacom/DB was trying to open the Recovery File (RXX). There is probably an error in the JCL.
Action:
Correct any JCL errors. If none are found, collect the documentation and contact CA Support. For information about contacting CA Support, see Troubleshooting.
