Reason:

Represents a particular function, either INIT or RCV0.
Represents a return code.
Represents a reason code.
Represents the CAICCI return code as follows:
04 Indicates that CAICCI/ENF is inactive.
08 Indicates a CAICCI logic error.
14 Indicates an internal error.
Represents a CAICCI detail error code.
Action:
