Reason:
A COMM EOJ request was issued to the MUF, and because of this no new jobs may connect to the MUF.
Action:
If you want to undo the EOJ before it has been committed, that is, before all jobs which are attached to the MUF complete their work, issue a COMM EOJOFF.
