Level 4 is the most restrictive. The function must be provided for each defined entity-type. At this level, each user can only perform the valid functions for an entity-occurrence that has the entity-type, status, and function specified.
To emulate this class externally, the user must be authorized to use the CA Datacom Datadictionary (SIGNON). The specific permitted DDOL functions and batch utilities must be provided as in Levels 1 through 3. Additionally, each defined entity-type must be described with the following format.
