31-bit Memory Available for Link-Edit in DSF Calling Programs

You can link edit as AMODE 31 and/or RMODE ANY when you execute your DSF-calling program with VPE 14.0 or later. Any of the control blocks passed to DSF can reside in 31-bit memory even if your program is linked as AMODE 24.
