Reason:
Startup option PROTOCOL had some value other than BOTH or CCI coded. Those are the only two valid values. Anything else coded as a value for PROTOCOL results in the default value being taken (CCI).
Action:
Correct the program module name specified on the concatenated library list and resubmit.
