(Optional) Specifies the maximum number of concurrent CICS users of the database (users with transactions physically waiting on CA Datacom/DB read events and transactions having exclusive control, that is, adds, writes, and reads for update). Note: The USERS= parameter of the first DBCSID macro (USERS=) overrides the USERS= parameter specified in the DBCVTPR macro.
