Reason:
A transaction used to activate the Debugging Facility is not the default DBUG, and the transaction was not defined as an alternate transaction ID in the DBCVTPR macro.
Action:
Specify the current transaction to the DBCVTPR macro or define the transaction using the DBOC GENOPTS method.
