Reason:
A transaction used to activate the enhanced control facility is not the default DBEC or DBEX, and the transaction was not defined as an alternate transaction ID in the DBCVTPR macro.
Action:
Specify the current transaction to the DBCVTPR macro (see DBEC= in the System Reference Guide) or define the transaction through the DBOC GENOPTS method.
