COMPONENTS OF THE SERVICE FACILITY ARE NOT ON THE SAME RELEASE

Reason:

DBCVTPR and DCCOCPR are from different releases of CA Datacom CICS Services. Modules from different releases cannot be used together.

Action:

Use the library from the latest release which contains these modules.
