INTERNAL ERROR IN INITIALIZING DATADICTIONARY

Reason:

An internal error was encountered when you tried to initialize the product with one of the Datadictionary batch utilities. The DDSRTLM load module is possibly the cause for one of the following reasons:

It is not available from the JOBLIB or STEPLIB concatenation.
It is from a different version than the utility being executed.

Action:

Collect the dump and all other pertinent information and contact CA Support. For information about contacting CA Support, see Troubleshooting.
