Explanation
A time has been found to contain an invalid hour. A valid value for the hour (hh) must be a number between 0 and 24 inclusive. Either the time you supplied in the query is invalid or the result of the calculation used to determine the time is invalid. See the CA Datacom/DB SQL User Guide for DATE/TIME formats.
The SQLSTATE that equates to this SQL return code is 22008.
