Reason:

You attempted to create a view containing the WITH CHECK OPTION clause to limit update activity against the view, but the view being created is not an updatable view.

The SQLSTATE that equates to this SQL return code is 44S02.

Action:

Either remove the WITH CHECK OPTION clause from the CREATE VIEW statement or remove those parts of the CREATE VIEW that caused it to become non-updatable. The view is non-updatable if it contains any of the following items:

• GROUP BY clause
• HAVING clause
• SELECT DISTINCT
• A join
