Reason:
The TIME option on the option card DBSQLOPT does not have a valid value. If you need to set the value, do so on the option card. Otherwise, the Preprocessor uses the default value ISO.
Action:
Verify that the TIME option is defined correctly. See the CA Datacom/DB SQL User Guide for valid values of this option.
